DoCoMo, KT share Android content

Japan's NTT DoCoMo and South Korea's KT have rounded out their partnership deal with an agreement to share Android apps and content.

DoCoMo said it has started offering an initial 30 KT-provided Android titles on the DoCoMo Market. These include entertainment and translation/travel apps.

KT will reciprocate by offering around 20 DoCoMo-provided titles via its own content and app store, olleh market.

The agreement has emerged from the business alliance between DoCoMo, KT and China Mobile, which was first announced in January.

The partnership is also concentrating on international roaming, enterprise services and smartphones, and built on a pre-existing roaming deal between DoCoMo and KT.
