Elitecore bags 2 MVNE/O projects in SE Asia

Elitecore Technologies has won two major contracts in Southeast Asia with its end-to-end convergent, real time, pre-integrated MVNE/O platform.

The offering rapid service delivery and customer care to meet pertinent growth aspects of MVNE/O such as revenue generation, service differentiation and cost optimization.

The first win comes with a leading Tier-1 operator to build an MVNE infrastructure enabling multi-brand strategy and multiple MVNOs on the same stack. The multi-tenant highly scalable platform supports complete data segregation capability with high data integrity and security that allows on-boarded MVNOs to have full personalization and control via self-care channels.

MVNOs have the flexibility to design and offer their own plans and offers with customized branding on all their customer interface such as invoice, web and mobile self-care app, and payment receipt.

The second win comes with an MVNO, using mobile network of a leading Tier-1 operator to launch prepaid and post-paid voice, data and messaging services for its customers on 3G/4G network. Elitecore solution is a compact pre-integrated platform with out-of-box support for all MVNO business journey.

Elitecore MVNE/O solution supports multiple business units/joint ventures/MVNOs on the same stack.

The platform includes Core Network access (AAA, PCRF, DPI), convergent real-time charging, convergent prepaid post-paid billing, centralized product catalog, CRM, campaign management, loyalty retention and self-care via web, mobile and IVR.

Separately, Elitecore has rolled out CRM (customer relationship management) and mobile applications for its 24online service management system.

24online CRM comes up with features like trouble ticketing, workflow management, calendar and alerts with admin dashboard which will help the ISPs streamline internal as well as external business processes.

The CRM is integrated with the 24online billing server so it can be deployed seamlessly without high network level challenges and disruptions.

The solution promises to enable ISPs to have enhanced customer experience based on analytics and reporting.

In order to enhance the ease of use and connectivity on the move, 24online comes up with feature rich mobile app for 24online admin and subscribers.

Using the admin app, users managing 24online can perform user renewal, user disconnection, live user search, user internet plan, check system health and generate reports. Reporting feature includes number of user registration details, package wise registration and renewals.

The mobile app for subscribers will enable them to auto-login through app whenever they want to access Internet, without using the browser. Users can manage their data usage, internet plan, bills and renewals using the mobile app.
