Indian GSM operator Idea Cellular has awarded a contract to Subex for the latter's ROC for Interconnect Billing.
The ROC, which will be implemented through Idea's strategic IT outsourcing partner IBM, will bring Idea's interconnect billing and reconciliation needs in-house.
Subex, through IBM, already provides its fraud management suite to Idea.
The contract includes product support including updates and version upgrades for the life of its term.
