instaDigital has launched its next-generation platform which promises to enable operators to quickly and easily launch premium content services that successfully convert browsing visitors and one-time buyers into loyal customers.

With the monetization and simplification of OTT firmly at its core, instaDigital is offering its customers a platform that comes with “advanced content management, player, security and monetization tools built in as standard.”

“It’s a really sophisticated platform with all of the tools you actually need to make money from OTT and none of the things that you don’t,” said instaDigital CEO Ed Pippin.

The new platform also tackles the ongoing challenge of OTT monetization with its merchandising and vouchering technology. It enables service providers to quickly and easily launch effective marketing campaigns that attract customers, convert them into buyers and keep them coming back time and time again.

“If you can get a customer to build up their content library in your service’s locker then you can turn them into loyal customers,” Pippin added. “They effectively start using it like their DVD shelf. Our new enhanced platform gives operators the tools to get customers to that critical turning point and keep them there.”

The instaDigital platform is made up of four key modules which include, instaStorefront for content marketing and monetization, instaDRM for content protection and license delivery, instaLibrary for content management, and instaPlayer for multiplatform playout.

Each component can be bought separately or easily combined to provide a complete end-to-end OTT solution.
