OSS/BSS provider CSG Systems International has reported a 34% increase in revenue for 2011, thanks to the acquisition of BSS vendor Intec Telecom Systems.

The company reported revenue for the year of $734.7 million, up from $549.4 million a year earlier.

This growth was attributed to a full years' contribution from Intec, which the company acquired in November 2010 for around $372 million.

Non-GAAP operating income grew 11% to $139 million for the year, and 10% to $40 million for the fourth quarter.

Adjusted abitda also increased significantly, to $180.9 million for the year and $50.7 million for the quarter.

But CSG Systems is expecting a more modest performance in 2012. The company is forecasting revenue for the current year of between $715 million and $740 million, and an adjusted ebitda of between $164 million to $171 million.
