SingTel will this week launch a new promotional program offering its quadruple-play subscribers free unlimited mobile data on Sundays.
The company has announced SingTel Circle, a customer benefits program offered exclusively to subscribers to the operators postpaid mobile, fiber, TV and home digital line plans under the same subscriber ID.
The program will offer benefits including free data Sundays and free weekend movies over SingTel TV.
Quad-play customers are also eligible for subscription discounts and a yearly handset rebate worth S$350 ($246).
SingTel consumer Singapore CEO Yuen Kuan Moon said the program is designed as a way to reward the company's most loyal customers.
“Many of our customers are entire households that subscribe to the full suite of Singtel services and we feel that this is a small way to thank them for their support,” he said. “Through Singtel Circle, we will reach out to more than half a million customers with free unlimited mobile data on Sundays, giving them more value for their dollar.”
SingTel will today start sending SMS confirmations to eligible customers informing them that they have qualified for the program, which will formally launch on Saturday.
The company noted that non-commercial and fair-use limitations still apply during the free data days.
