Interactive Intelligence Group appoints VPs
Interactive Intelligence Group has appointed Ray Cappola, Jose Martinez, and Steven Vaughan as vice presidents to further enhance the company’s cloud communications infrastructure, service and support.
Cappola is taking the role of Interactive Intelligence VP of CaaS support, which includes global management of CaaS technical support and the company’s network operations centers.
Martinez serves as Interactive Intelligence VP of CaaS infrastructure, which includes management of Interactive Intelligence’s 12 global data centers, as well as the company’s CaaS-related network and storage operations and engineering.
Vaughan is a contact center industry veteran and serves as Interactive Intelligence VP of CaaS delivery, which includes management of the CaaS architecture, implementation, and service delivery teams.
Former Eve CEO Luc Burgun joins HTTV
HTTV, a France and Singapore-based provider of digital interactive and connected TV services, said Luc Burgun has invested in the company and will serve as a non-executive director in the company’s board.
Burgun is an entrepreneur and was president and CEO of Emulation and Verification Engineering (EVE), a company he co-founded in 2000.
He then joined Synopsys as VP of engineering after Synopsys acquired EVE in 2012.
