An Indian parliamentary panel has taken the Department of Telecom to task, claiming that there are now around 500 illegal telecom networks operating in various parts of the country, and that the department has taken a cavalier attitude to the situation.
 
Apple is offering refunds to Australian customers who feel mislead by the inclusion of the term ‘4G’ in advertising for its latest iPad, after the country’s competition commission took legal action against the firm.
