MTNL franchisee Aksh Optifibre has tapped Elitecore Technologies to provide it with the billing solution for the launch of IPTV services in India.
Elitecore will deploy its Crestel Convergent Billing solution to deliver end-to-end billing and customer-centric management that meets the complete OSS/BSS, policy management, authentication and customer care requirements of Aksh. The company will also offer end-to-end provisioning in real-time mode as well as customer care for its OSS.
On the BSS front, it will offer solutions such as partner settlement with content providers and revenue-sharing modules that can be either commission-based or margin-based.
