Allstream pushes service layer project with NetCracker

Canada-based Allstream has agreed to transform its end-to-end order management and service fulfillment capabilities using the next-gen NetCracker 9 suite.

This agreement adds NetCracker Technology’s Customer Information Management, Service Order Management and Service Inventory solutions to Allstream’s current suite of NetCracker products, which include Customer Order Management, Product Information Management and Service Information Management.

This new end-to-end order management solution builds on Allstream’s use of NetCracker’s configure, price, quote and product catalog capabilities. It will support several major product lines.

NetCracker will replace a legacy order management system, integrate the new components with several systems supporting the service fulfillment process, and deliver solution configuration and testing for Allstream.
