Amdocs' Business Intelligence (BI) solution has been named 'Most Applicable Solution of 2007" for the telecom industry by the China Center for Information Industry Development (CCID).
The CCID awards honor companies that have made outstanding achievements in the information industry and acknowledge key enterprise benchmarks. Amdocs' BI solution helps identify promotional offers and strategies.
It can also be used to analyze trends in sales and marketing management. The solution includes database technology and extract, transform and load tools; customized schemas and data models; reporting tools; and business and data analysis consulting services. CCID selected Amdocs after conducting a series of industry-wide user surveys to identify the most outstanding achievements in IT.
