Amdocs unveils IoT monetization platform, new CES 10 portfolio
Amdocs has unveiled its IoT Monetization Platform, a multi-industry cloud based multi-tenant platform, which enables service providers to maximize the potential of IoT services.
With this platform, service providers can quickly onboard enterprise and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners, and bill consumers purchasing IoT products and services directly, or via the consumer’s bill with the service provider.
The platform allows service providers to unleash the potential of consumer IoT by supporting multiple additional engagement models, such as white-label billing for the IoT provider, reselling IoT services direct to the consumer, or becoming an IoT services billing provider. The platform handles complex settlements across the different engagement models and manages the entire financial flow between all the involved parties.
Also, Amdocs has unveiled Amdocs CES 10, the company’s latest product portfolio release designed to speed service providers’ digital transformation and outpace the industry.
This major release enables service providers to meet the industry’s disruptive trends of changing customer and business behaviors, leveraging customer data, digital interactions and new engagement channels to capture the world of digital immediacy and rise to a new level of customer experience. Service providers will be able to win customer affinity, drive long-term, trust-based customer relationships and compete more effectively against non-traditional players.
