Android suffers drop in global CTR Index

Global click-through rates on Android phones dropped by around 50%, bringing the operating system to fifth place among platforms, Smaato's latest CTR Index shows.

The performance of different OS in March shows Symbian’s lead decrease slightly, as feature phone handsets and Windows Phone make significant increases.

On the other hand, Android gained the top spot in Southeast Asia (Singapre, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines).
