Anritsu and Radvision have launched comprehensive VoLTE device test capability through the integration of Anritsu’s Rapid Test Designer graphical scripting software and MD8430A LTE Network Simulator with Radvision’s ProLab IMS/VoLTE testing suite.
The VoLTE test solution draws on the LTE Radio Access Network (RAN) simulation capabilities of the MD8430A LTE Network Simulator, and IMS Core simulation capabilities of the ProLab software.
Real-world simulation capabilities of the integrated VoLTE solution include LTE RAN with semi-persistent scheduling (SPS), TTI bundling, robust header compression (RoHC), and discontinuous reception (DRX).
The test solution can also conduct voice and video quality measurements and includes CODECs and pre-coded media.
