Audio, web and video conferencing service provider Arkadin is the first to deploy MetraTech’s MetraNet 6.5 solution to provide billing and compensation for its worldwide business.
The catalyst for the worldwide deployment came from a new initiative aimed specifically at Arkadin's communications service provider partners.
Arkadin is significantly expanding its efforts in providing operators repackaged unified communication solutions, with plans to roll out a new program by the end of 2012.
MetraNet automates business processes and models and is particularly
well suited for sales-driven business models that have multi-party partnership arrangements and integrated channel compensation programs.
