AT4 opens 4G test center in Taiwan

AT4 wireless now has a presence in Taiwan to offer testing services for mobile devices -- including 4G -- as well as sales and support of its complete range of test systems in the Asia-Pacific region.

The testing laboratory will initially offer GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA and high-speed packet access conformance Global Certification Forum and PCS (personal communications service) Type Certification Review Board testing as well as debugging and pre-testing services.

Also, AT4 wireless (Taiwan) is “becoming the first laboratory in Asia offering LTE testing services.”

The facility will serve as a regional sales and technical support site for AT4 wireless test equipment (2G/3G, long-term evolution, Bluetooth and radio frequency identification), and will coordinate the different sales partners in Asia as well as provide full technical support to all customers.
