CTIA-The Wireless Association has authorizedAT4 wirelessto conduct testing to version 3.1 of the CTIA Over the Air Test Plan.

Version 3.1 includes new measurement procedures such as using artificial right hand (previously, only both artificial head and free space conditions were required) and new mandatory test scenarios for laptops, notebooks, tablets and M2M devices.

CTIA Test Plan for Mobile Station 3.1 makes it possible to characterize the device using additional realistic scenarios for all different technologies such as A-GPS, GSM, GPRS, EGPRS and W-CDMA.

This new accreditation allows AT4 wireless clients’ products to obtain different certification schemes and access to markets, such as PTCRB.
