The new features built into the HP TeMIP Software 6.0 and HP Service Activator Software 5.0, which are part of the HP Next Generation OSS (NG OSS) portfolio, help operators achieve measurable business results, such as faster service activation, better mean time-to-repair and, ultimately, greater customer loyalty.
The enhanced HP TeMIP Software can diagnose problems faster, alert the customer and speed the repair with new pattern discovery techniques and filtering enhancements. It can also reduce project costs and make more efficient use of hardware resources.
