Bright House Networks has deployed the Cisco ASR 9000 series aggregation services routers as its carrier Ethernet platform.
This will enable Bright House Networks to deliver enhanced video, data, voice and mobile backhaul services throughout its converged network.
The Cisco ASR platform is expected to help Bright House Networks meet its growing bandwidth needs as it continues to add advanced products and services.
The company also will use the platform to continue to expand its high-speed internet “Road Runner Lightning” service to all of its residential and business customers.
