Brocade taps Dias to lead APAC enterprise business

Brocade has appointed Edgar Dias as regional director of enterprise business for Asia Pacific.

Dias will be based in Singapore and will lead the company’s enterprise strategy and manage its direct-touch sales force.

A key charter for Dias will be to develop programs designed to grow Brocade’s enterprise networking portfolio business in APAC. He will concentrate on government, media and entertainment, high performance computing, education and healthcare.

Prior to joining Brocade, Dias served as sales director at Juniper Networks where he was responsible for its campus and data center businesses.

Before that, Dias spent 10 years at Nortel, where he was responsible for sales of its data communications product portfolio across Asia, Middle East and Africa.
