Indian autorickshaw operators have an ingenious way of cheating customers.
They have meters that show bizarre, crazy readings that, until now, a hapless rider couldn't contest. With Tuk-Tuk though, you'll never be cheated again!
Just start the GPS enabled smartphone app at the beginning of your ride and stop it at the end. You'll know the exact distance and therefore the proper fare you should pay. The Phone Times says the tiny start-up Tuk-Tuk will roll out its offering in India where meter abuse is rampant and eventually introduce it to China.
