Argogroup has unveiled Monitor Master, a quality management platform for CDMA operators.
Monitor Master's active testing capabilities will provide CDMA operators with the same ability that GSM operators have exploited for the last five years, Argogroup says. CDMA operators will be able simulate users to test and monitor their voice and data services - messaging, browsing, and streaming - to ensure end-to-end quality of the network services.
Monitor Master provides support for CDMA voice call testing, 1xRTT, and EVDO-based data services and will be extended in the future as new CDMA technologies are launched, Argogroup adds.
