This year was a tale of three carriers - Orange, StarHub and Excelcomindo (XL) - with each taking home two prizes. In its first trip to the podium, fast-growing Indonesian cellco XL collected honors in the Best Mobile and Best Emerging Market categories. Some familiar names took home the Indian, satellite and wholesale prizes.
