ChinaSoft International has appointed Zhao John Huan and Lin Sheng as non-executive directors.
Zhao is the founder and the chief executive officer of Hony Capital, one of the leading private equity investment companies in China and a substantial shareholder of ChinaSoft International.
He also serves as a senior vice president and an executive director of the board of Legend Holdings Limited, and the controlling shareholder of Lenovo Group.
Lin is currently a managing director of Hony Capital responsible for medicine, medical services and telecom, media and technology industry research and investment.
