Comarch rolls out platform for managing digital services

Comarch has launched its Digital Ecosystem Management platform, which offers operators a comprehensive business solution that facilitates the management of the digital service value chain.

The solution automates processes, from service inception, through its modeling, management and fulfillment, to customer service management and settlements with involved partners.

Comarch Digital Ecosystem Management facilitates the efficient management of multiple services provided by various parties, including resellers and providers of vertical applications such as reach media, commerce, cloud, contextual, M2M, and health.

The platform consists of two major domains. One is the partner domain that includes a complete list of features necessary to manage partnerships, integration, operations and the monetization of provided digital service

Second is the retail domain which supports the relationships that partners and service providers maintain with end customers. It comes with a set of ready-to-use capabilities and acts as an alternative for existing legacy IT systems
