Combined Mycom, HP solution

Mycom has integrated its performance management software, NIMS-PrOptima, with highly automated fault management solution HP TeMIP.

Mycom says the integration enables automatic, real-time management of network performance issues detected by NIMS-PrOptima by HP TeMIP.

This allows such issues to be monitored round-the-clock in an operator’s network operations center.

This means that any network performance degradations can be quickly identified and dealt with before they adversely impact customer service quality and lead to revenue loss.
