CommSoft launches CommBI intelligence suite

OSS/BSS vendor CommSoft has launched CommBI, a new business intelligence and reporting tool.

CommBI provides a central facility for storing and viewing information, with the ability to control visibility within user security groups.

Operators can track key metrics such as customer churn, which services are driving revenue, and what issues are generating the most calls to customer service, CommSoft said.

CommBi has been integrated CommSoft's flagship iCommVergence OSS/BSS product.

“Finding market information and being able to analyze and make decisions quickly and efficiently will help advance a company’s ability to stay ahead of the curve,” CommSoft CTO Jim Jackson said.
