Comverse has expanded its business support system solution to meet Vietnamobile’s growing prepaid subscriber base.
Vietnamobile, a partnership of Hanoi Telecom and Hutchison Telecom, launched its GSM services in April 2009 and has achieved large growth in prepaid users in its first year of operation.
Comverse’s real-time billing solution offers advanced personalization capabilities, à la carte service-plan customization, and usage-driven automated marketing promotions.
The solution also provides operators with the ability to quickly create and launch service offerings to both broad and targeted market segments while providing self-service options to end users.
