Convergys has added new tools to its relationship technology management (RTM) channel partner program.
This expands support for Convergys’ partners with new training discounts, sales tools, co-marketing programs, and demo systems.
These new enhancements are already in place and are available to all solution providers globally that have signed a RTM reseller agreement with Convergys.
Earlier this year, Convergys standardized its technical training discounts to move all RTM resellers toward a more comprehensive technical portfolio of intelligent automation.
