US operator Covad Communications has signed a deal to offer its Ethernet services through carrier Ethernet exchange CENX.
Covad – through its Covad Wholesale unit – has made the first interconnection at CENX's Los Angeles exchange, CENX said.
“Connecting with CENX will broaden Covad’s wholesale distribution channel and make it easier for other carriers to purchase and sell our Ethernet services without compromising our service differentiation,” Covad Carrier Services vice president Jeff Brown said.
