CSG Systems’ total revenues for the first quarter of 2011 were $183.1 million, which reflects the first full quarter of financial results from Intec Telecom, acquired on November 30, 2010.

This represents a 41% increase from revenues of $130.3 million for the same period in 2010, primarily due to the inclusion of Intec in the 2011 results.

CEO Peter Kalan said that despite the slower-than-expected top line growth, the company made progress in several key areas over the past several months.

CSG Systems secured a long-term contract with its second-largest client, and added several new clients to its list of service providers worldwide.
