CSL appoints CIO

CSL, the Hong Kong mobile arm of Telstra, has appointed Stuart McDonald as its chief information officer.

McDonald will lead CSL’s information technology department in the development, acquisition and integration of IT systems, supporting all of CSL’s business functions. He will also be tasked with transforming CSL to a new customer-centric IT system.

Before joining CSL, McDonald was head of program delivery at Cathay Pacific Airways. Prior to that, he has spent almost his entire career in the telecoms industry across Asia at companies including Vodafone, SingTel Optus and Macquarie Telecom.
