Intec has unveiled Total Service Mediation (TSM), a complete solution that manages every interaction between the communications network and upstream OSS/BSS.
The company says TSM provides the first industry framework to recognize the inter-relation between the three main types of mediation in capturing, verifying and executing customer-generated events and requests.
It enables service providers to proactively grant access to services, based on financial and customer profiling; rapidly transform records and events to downstream systems, and customer analytic tools; and manage the technical service delivery process by abstracting high-level customer requests into a series of network-specific tasks.
