Comptel has released Comptel Dynamic Campaigning, a solution that is designed to help operators optimize network utilization and boost revenues for mobile services, especially mobile broadband.
According to Comptel, its Dynamic Campaigning enables service providers to propose special offers on specific services to selected customers.
These offers can be made to subscribers during pre-determined periods, or in response to defined events in the network or to certain kinds of user behavior.
The solution is designed to work alongside traditional prepaid and postpaid charging solutions, while bringing a new, more dynamic flexibility to pricing with the embedded Comptel Convergent Charging solution.
