Epsilon: Singapore 'millennials' captive audience

Millennials, a term used to describe 18-25 year olds, around the globe are receptive to digital marketing messages, according to Epsilon’s Global Consumer Email Study.

In Singapore, millennials are more wired and willing to receive health info email messages and, compared to other age groups, are more likely to use instant messaging (IM) and text/SMS messages in addition to email.

The survey also reveals that 18-25 year olds are viewing personal emails on the way to and from work more often than their elders, probably due to a greater penetration for the use of PDAs or smartphones among them.
