Hewlett-Packard unveils software to help telecom operators automate network management. HP said the software is designed to help telecom operators migrate to more advanced operations support systems (OSS) environments.

Nokia Siemens Networks signs a deal with Global Mediacom to launch a commercial broadcast mobile TV service in Indonesia in the first half of 2008. The strategic partnership is the biggest DVB-H agreement signed by Nokia Siemens Networks globally, the company added.

China Voice Holding announces that its wholly owned US subsidiary, StarCom Alliance has signed an exclusive supplier deal with Power Distribution, a distributor of prepaid cellular products, located in Fullerton, California.
