Indian police have arrested three Huawei employees they say had strayed into Indian territory while installing base stations in Nepal, in the latest sign of tension between the state and the Chinese vendor.

China's mobile subscriber base reached just shy of 842 million in December, with China Mobile hitting 584 million, Unicom 167.4 million and Telecom 90.5 million.
