Grenada's Flow will upgrade its back-office broadband solutions with Sigma Systems' service management portfolio.

Under the agreement, Flow will use Sigma's Service Activation Manager for network provisioning and activation of its high-speed broadband and VoIP services.

Sigma's Device Provisioning Manager will meanwhile be used to auto-configure and position residential end-user devices on its network.

"We are upgrading to Sigma Systems' service management portfolio to ensure delivery of our next-generation services to our valued subscribers," Flow CEO John Reid said.

Flow is the operating brand of Columbus Communications (Grenada). It is the largest cable TV provider in Grenada, and is also introducing internet and voice offerings.
