Fujitsu and Sigma Systems have partnered to develop IT solutions for CSPs in key ASEAN markets.

Under the agreement, Fujitsu will develop IT solutions that incorporate Sigma's Service Management range of OSS systems.

These include a service management platform and a device provisioning manager capable of auto-configuring devices.

The solutions will be tailored for ASEAN markets, where VoIP is poised for significant growth, the companies said.

Targeted markets include Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.

“With Sigma Systems on board, Fujitsu possesses the ability to engineer fully automated, end-to-end systems that improve operations processes such as order capturing, service fulfillment, and account billing,” Fujitsu vice president David Bowden said.
