Globe Telecom has engaged Amdocs in firing up its major transformation program, said to be one of the largest and fastest in the industry and a market-first in Asia Pacific.
Globe tapped Amdocs as the prime systems integrator for this seven-year transformation and managed services project.
Amdocs is responsible for the entire transformation and ongoing IT management and operations of Globe’s business support systems (BSS), business intelligence (BI), data warehouse (DW) and policy management systems, as well as legacy systems which are being gradually retired.
