India Spice Communications has been approached by UAE-based Etisalat and others for a stake in the Indian company, chairman B.K. Modi, quoted by a Reuters report said.
Spice was willing to consider a stake sale, Modi said at an special shareholders meeting.
'Everybody is planning to come to India. But the issue is what sort of shareholding will be there,' he said.
