Intel names Singapore head

Intel has appointed Collin Tan as country manager of Singapore to lead the company’s business in the state-island, particularly in the enterprise and government segment.

Tan joined Intel in the 2003 as a regional account manager within the sales organization. He since has held roles within the company spanning client business manager, server business manager, regional major account manager, and manager for the field applications engineers team based in Taiwan.

He joined Intel from a background with IBM, Oracle, PeopleSoft and SGI.
