Linktone, a provider of wireless interactive entertainment services to consumers in China and south Asia, said its deputy chief executive and chief financial officer Colin Sung has decided to leave the company to pursue other career interests.
Peck Joo (PJ) Tan, currently a director of Linktone, will replace Sung as CFO from March 1, 2011.
Tan has since June last year served as a managing director of the international business division of PT Media Nusantara Citra, the indirect majority shareholder of Linktone.
She previously held various regional positions in the Asian offices of MediaCorp, Heinz, Pepsi, Starbucks and Delifrance.
Linktone has meanwhile appointed Billy Hsieh as an independent director and member of the audit committee, effective February 1.
He will replace Thomas Hubbs, who is resigning to focus on other professional commitments.
