LogNet Billing hires new CEO

LogNet Billing has appointed Kirill Rechter as its new CEO. Rechter previously co-founded and served as CTO of MaxBill.

Since MaxBill's inception in 1997, Rechter was responsible for overall product development and technology management.

LogNet Billing is an independent business unit of LogNet Systems, which recently acquired the assets and intellectual property rights of MaxBill.
