Processing close to one billion transactions in near real-time monthly, CASHBACK v8 provides end-to-end revenue assurance and has already been installed with a number of global telecoms operators. As a cloud-based solution, it speeds revenue leakage detection and allows operators to focus their resources more efficiently.
Revenue leakage is a real problem for telecoms operators worldwide, particularly at a time when margins are being squeezed and competition is tough. Analysys Mason estimated leakage at 5% to 15% of total operator revenues, suggesting a solution for accurate and efficient revenue assurance is needed more than ever.
Most revenue assurance systems installed today are costly, licensed on-site solutions requiring regular maintenance and upgrades and large teams of in-house expert analysts to run.
