MRV Communications has released its Pro-Vision software version 1.7, which enhances an operator's ability to provision Ethernet services by improving performance monitoring.
The update also adds device auto discovery capabilities to MRV's OptiSwitch carrier Ethernet access product portfolio.
The GUI-based software platform allows service provisioning, monitoring and troubleshooting tasks to be performed from an easy-to-use, central network management application.
The software provides the ability to pre-define individual service profile components that can be used to easily build new service offerings and reduce time to revenue.
