Nepal Satellite Telecom (NSTPL) chose eServGlobal’ products through a multi-solution contract for convergent billing, value-added services and related accessories that the latter won in partnership with Xalted Information Systems.
eServGlobal will provide ChargingMax, its convergent billing system that includes Rating and Charging for prepaid subscribers, PayMobile (electronic recharge and voucher management) and Missed Call Alert.
Nepal Satellite Telecom has also selected a number of eServGlobal’s network components, such interactive voice response, unstructured supplementary service data and SMS solutions.
This project will meet NSTPL’s ambitious launch requirements, committing to deliver all solutions within three months.
