NSN finance chief to leave

Nokia Solutions and Networks, the recently rebranded Nokia Siemens, is losing chief financial officer Marco Schröter now a buyout of Siemens is complete.

Schröter is stepping down after two and a half years in the role, as Nokia finalizes a deal to acquire Siemens’ 50% stake in the networks joint venture. A company statement thanks Schröter for making a significant contribution to NSN’s restructuring during a “challenging economic period.”

Nokia quickly rebranded Nokia Siemens after finalizing a €1.7 billion ($2.27 billion) deal to acquire Siemens’ stake in the networks company earlier this month.
