To streamline the accounting process, Vantage Communications has made available Vantage View, a dynamic, new online billing and ticketing management system that is available free of charge to all IP telephone customers.

Vantage View enables small and medium-sized businesses to manage expenses and employee productivity by transforming a previously unmanageable set of bills and records into a comprehensive, 'one-view' solution.

It provides a single bill for multiple services viewed through a secure web portal; complete time, date, and expense log of all outgoing and incoming calls; and online work order submission that allows businesses to request adds, changes, service, and more, instead of calling multiple vendors.
