Ozura World has acquired mobile performance advertising network Tatto Media $60 million.
Chairman Larry Tey, Ozura said the acquisition represents an opportunity to support vertical mobile content providers and present advertisers with a platform for reaching their targeted audiences.
Established in 2005, Tatto Media is focused on simultaneously producing results for advertisers and publishers alike.
